For Non-Reception packages, all payments are non-refundable. Payments can be credited to future wedding at no additional costs if a notice of cancellation was made before the wedding date (one time courtesy only). If clients have a no show/no call situation occurs, no payments can be credited to future wedding. For Reception packages, 50% of entire package cost is non-refundable if cancelled 30 days or more by written notice before the event. If cancelled less than 30 days all payments are non-refundable. All packages can be upgraded online, by phone or on the time of your arrival. Reception must be paid 30 days before the event, unless an arrangement is previously made. The Credit Card submitted in your reservation will be run for the full amount of your wedding upon receipt of your reservation. If your credit card is declined, your booking will be held for 24 hours, after it is declined, pending payment. We will make every reasonable attempt to notify you, if you have provided us with a valid e-mail address or telephone number. In the event you do not make your appointment and no notice is given, no rescheduling will be permitted. We shall have no responsibility for any travel related difficulties, which are out of our realm of responsibility, which you may encounter. However arrangements can be made to reschedule your appointment.
